To receive the newsletter, you must provide a valid email address. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email. Upon unsubscription, we will stop sending you the newsletter and remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@news.biotechmorning.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally within thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may pursue formal resolution in accordance with the Governing Law section above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the newsletter or a notice on our website at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
